Dan is the proud father of two BSU Cardinals and one Purdue Boilermaker. Dan studied Marketing at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and has 30+ years of sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dan also owns the Largest Inground Pool Builder in Indiana – Perma Pools.

Daniel is a Ball State University Alumni. He has unmatched knowledge and experience in the real estate market. Daniel handles the acquisitions and leasing of their rental portfolio. In his free time he likes to swim, grill out, and golf. Daniel lives in Downtown Indianapolis.
